Please ensure the postal address in your order is correct. Any additional costs resulting from
an inaccurate address will be your responsibility.
In the event of selecting the wrong lash, the customer is responsible to cover both the
return shipping to us and the shipping cost for the correct lash to be dispatched to you,
provided the eyelash has not been opened or worn.
We take great care in thoroughly checking each lash before shipment. In the rare event of
receiving a damaged product, kindly send us an email with photos addressing the issues
within 5 business days of receiving the item.
