We are based in Brisbane, Australia, and all orders are shipped via tracked parcels through Australia Post.

Dispatch Time

• Orders placed before 1 PM AEST are dispatched the same business day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Express Shipping (Australia)

• Free Express Shipping on orders over $99 AUD
• $12 AUD Express Shipping on orders under $99 AUD

International Shipping

• Free international shipping on orders over $150 AUD

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Artistic Lashes Haven is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

If the wrong lash style was selected, exchanges may be accepted provided the product has not been opened or worn.

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs to us
• Shipping costs for the replacement item

RETURNS

We take great care in thoroughly checking each lash before shipment. In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, kindly send us an email with photos addressing the issues within 5 business days of receiving the item.
